连续或脉冲YAG激光对兔及猴眼损伤阈值的研究

【摘要】 <正>为了获得YAG激光(λ=1.06μm)对人眼视网膜损伤阈值(即视网膜出现50%损伤率时照射到眼睛上的激光能量)的数据,确定人眼对YAG激光的最大允许照射量,我们先对青紫蓝灰兔及恒猴作了连续及脉冲YAG激光的照射试验,用加权直线回归方法统计、计算了兔眼及猴眼的YAG激光损伤阈值,并算出了在损伤率达50%时兔眼及猴眼所需的激光能量的比例.一、实验装置、要求及方法所选用的连续和脉冲YAG激光器均要求单膜输出,输出的能量变化率控制在5%以下.光路安
【Abstract】 The experimental method and the results are described in this paper. The injury thresholds of chinchilla retina by CW and pulsed YAG laser (1.06m) has been determined. The injury of retina for monkeys have also been studied using 150s pulsed YAG laser beams.
