截瘫病人的脑诱发电位研究
The study of paraplegic patient’s cerebral evoked potentials
【摘要】 <正> 脊髓损伤造成截瘫的患者,至今仍然缺少比较客观的诊断技术,以至在确定治疗方案以及估计预后方面尚存在一定困难。许多作者在动物及人体上观察了脊髓的电活动以及脊髓损伤后电活动的改变。早在1933年,Gasser就在猫身上,刺激背根,从脊髓背面记录了诱发电位;Pool最先从截瘫患者断离脊髓的尾段记录了人体自发活动及刺激诱发反应,并把它命名为脊髓电图(ESG);自此以后,直接描记脊髓的自发与诱发电活动在人及动物身上进行了许多研究。但直接描记法要损伤机体,有其局限性。近代进展在体感诱发电位记录方面产生了无损伤记录方法,用来测定神经系统从外
【Abstract】 In present research work we tried to find a new diagnosis for paraplegic patients with spinal lesion.The experiments had done on 30 complete paraplegic patients and 2 patients with noncomplete spinal lesion and 10 normal volunteers. The lower-limb was stimulated by electrostimulation. The spinal average evoked potentials were, recorded from the upper spinal section and the under spinal section. The cerebral average evoked potentials were recorded from scalp corresponding to foot area of cerebral sensory area.Only one complete paraplegic patient’s cerebral evoked potential was vanished in 30 complete paraplegic Patients. In 30 complete paraplegic patients, 29 subject’s cerebral evoked potentials were still presented, which were similar to th two noncomplete paraplegic patients’" cerebral evoked potentials. The 10 normal subjects cerebral evoked potentials were presented clearly. These complete paraplegic patients’cerebral evoked potentials had been distinguished to indicate that these potentials are neither interference from EEG nor artificial from stimulation nor source of nonrelative synchronous stimulation. These potentials are the responses objectively in the. high - center to the importting from the spinal impulse, with the surviving neural projections. This technical method can be used as a test for the paraplegic patients to determine the complete break off of the spinal projections.
