【摘要】 从湖北省房县郊区土壤中分离到的SH-92菌株,具有链霉菌属吸水类群的特征。但在形态上比较特殊,与该类群的已知种都不相同,因此定为新种,命名为湖北吸水链霉菌(Streptomyceshubeihygroscopicus nov.sp.Zhou et a1.)。我们在寻找农用抗生素的过程中,分离获得了一些链霉菌属吸水类群的菌株,其中有SH-92菌株,形态比较特殊,经鉴别为一个新种。本文报道这个新种的鉴别性描述。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new species (type strain SH-92)of hygroscopicus group of streptomy-ces isolated from soil of Fangxian, Hubei province of China, has the follo-wing morphological and cultural characteristics on Gause’s synthetic medium. Streptomyces Hubeihygroscopicus uov. sp. (type strain SH-92)characterized by short spore chains often form hooks and primitive spiralswith I to 4 turns. The short chains break away easily from aerial mycelium.Spore chains are squat-shaped, generally containing 3 to 15 spores per chain.Spore surface is smooth; aerial myceliumlight gray; substrate myceliumbu-ckthorn brown.更多还原
