【摘要】 在1982年工作的基础上,针对茎尖培养出芽频率较低和形成的小苗在继代培养中易褐化死亡的问题,改进了外植材料的消毒方法,即用酒精处理50-60秒,饱和漂白粉液浸泡16-20分钟;调整了培养基添加物成份及激素的添加比例,筛选出诱导茎尖出芽、促进成苗和扩大繁殖三种培养基;采用水培缓苗-移入营养钵-定植大田三步移栽法,移栽成活率达92.4%。更多还原

【Abstract】 This is a report following our early studies in 1982, Eight prominent cul-tivars or strains of ramic were propagated through stem tip culture. Rapid pro-pagation procedures was established which included (1) stem tips for producingshoots, (2) shoots to grow up to plantlets, (3)sub-culturing propagation.and (4) transplanting of plantlests. Three importment measures were improved during the experiment. 1. The explants were treated 50-60 see. in 75% alcohol and immersed 2 minin saturated solution of bleaching powder. 2. The amount of hormones and supplementary substances used in media wasadjusted. Three media were erected, i. e. media for stem tips, growth plantletformation and subculturing propagation. 3. Three growing steps are adopted: first, putting the excised leaby stemtips into water treated by bleaching powder for 5-7 days; second, plantingthem in nutrientcups when plantlets grew up wich abundant adventitions roots;third, transplanting them into the field. By using this simple method of rapid propagation, one stem tip will get 120adult plants within 8 months, the effect of propagation is rather high.更多还原
