硼对棉花花粉粒及叶柄解剖结构的影响

【摘要】 在土培条件下,用严重缺硼的石灰性紫色土为供试土壤,研究了缺硼及硼中毒对棉花花粉粒形态及叶柄组织解剖结构的影响。结果表明,严重缺硼时(土壤含B为0.13ppm),花粉粒空瘪,内含物缺乏。叶柄组织结构不清,细胞形状不规则,排列紊乱。叶柄组织存在着许多严重变形的条带,在这些条带上,组织破裂,细胞坏死而变成深褐色,输导组织细胞横向或杂乱排列;叶柄细胞中还存在大量颗粒状淀积物,其中以髓部细胞中最多。硼中毒对棉花花粉粒的形态及叶柄组织解剖结构均无影响。

【Abstract】 Experiments were conducted under soil culture condition to cvaluate theinfluences of boron on the Cotton pollen shape and pctiole anatomical structure.Observations showed that boron-deficient pollen failed to develop normally andit was as empty as a basketball. The shape of petiole cells was apparentlychanged and disorderly arranged. There were many lateral stripes in petioles,in which transport tissues were destroyed and cell necrosis occurred and cellsbecame dark brown. Lots of granular sediments accumlated in petiole cells.Boron toxicity, however, had no effect on the pollen shape and petiole ana-tomical structure.
