七个小麦品种抗赤霉病性的双列杂交分析
A DIALLEL ANALYSIS FOR RESISTANCE TOSCAB (Gibberella zeae) IN SEVEN WHEAT VARIETIES
【摘要】 用望水白等3个抗赤霉病品种和早红等4个感病品种的7×7双列杂交的F1代,进行了赤霉病病小穗率的配合力分析,估算了遗传力等参数,计算了病小穗率与抽穗期、株高和穗长的表现型、基因型和环境的相关系数。结果表明,在抗赤霉病性的遗传控制中,加性基因效应占主导地位,非加性基因效应也显著作用,抗病对感病为部分显性。抗病品种望水白、苏麦3号、黔欢2号具有较多的显性抗赤霉病基因而有较好的一般合力。F1代的抗赤霉病性与株高和穗长具有表现型和基因型的高度正相关。
【Abstract】 A 7X7 half diallel device with three resistant, three moderately suscepti-ble and a highly susceptible parents was adopted in the experiment. The percenta-ge of the spikelets infected with scab in the F1 individuals was observed tostudy the inheritance of the resistance to scab in wheat. The results indicatedthat the inheritance of resistance to scab seemed to be governed mainly by theadditive genes, but nonadditive genes also exerted a significant influence. Thegenes controlling resistance to scab were of partial dominance. A highly posi-tive genetic correlation between resistance to scab and plant height or spikelength in F1 individuals was found in diallel crosses.
