【Abstract】 Investigations were made in 1980-1981 on the fertility of the populationsof F₁, F₂, BC₁ and F₃ generations descended from the crosses of six male-sterile lines developed from four different cytoplasm sources and their fertility-restoring lines. Genetic analysis based on the percentage of fertile pollen ofeach plant shows: 1. Three out of the six male-sterile lines belong to sperophytically steriletype. They are: 1)Wild-aborted （WA） Type Zhenshan No. 97A, 2) WA TypeV₄₁ A （both developed from the wild plant with aborted pollen）, and 3) LiuyeType Zhenshan No. 97A （developed from the wild rice plant found in Guangxiprovince）. The sterility of these lines is controlled by two major linked genesand some polygenes as well as the male sterile cytoplasm. From F₂ generationcomprising 3,713 plants and BC; generation containing 301 plants, the crossovervalue between the two genes is estimated at 38%. The observation of 141 F₃families, each consisting of 15 plants, has confirmed the results above. 2. The other three lines belong to gametophytically sterile type. Theyare: 1) Dian No. 1 Type Tudao No. 4A, 2) Dian No. 1 Type Huajing No.14A （both developed from an indica rice variety in Yunnan Province）, and 3)BT Type Nongjin No. 2A （developed from Chinsurah Boro II, an indica ricevariety）. The sterility of these lines is controlled by a pair of genes and thesterile cytoplasm. Experiments also showed that the sterile genes interactingwith Dian No. 1 Type and BT Type sterile cytoplasm are alleles.更多还原
