【摘要】 从36具尸体(72侧)坐骨的解剖观察,测得在坐骨小孔内,骶棘韧带与坐骨棘之间的浅面,由内向外排列的是阴部神经、阴部内动脉与阴部内静脉。阴部神经行经坐骨小孔段的表面定位为坐骨结节上方3.81±0.57厘米,相当于坐骨结节最突出点至骶骨角连线的上3/5与下2/5的交界点。临床上可经此点垂直于骶结节韧带进针至坐骨小孔作阴部神经阻滞麻醉。更多还原

【Abstract】 A detailed anatomy inside foramen ischiadicum minus was investiga-ted on 72 sides of 36 cadavers in an attempt to search for a rational way of injection to achieve blocking anesthesia of pudental nerve. The structures inside the foramen,between ligaments sacrospinalis and spina ischiadicum, arranged from the medial to the lateral side, are pudental nerve, internal pudental artery and internal pudental vein. The topographic localization of pudental nerve emerging from the foramen can be estimated 3.81±0.57 cm above and medial to tuber ischiadicum, equivalent to a point on the line drawn from the most prominent part of tuber ischiadicum to sacral horn. The point is situated on the junction of the lower 3/5 with that of the upper 2/5 of the line. If a needle is inserted perpendicularly to the ligment sacrotuberale at this point, it may enter the foramen ischiadicum minor and the blocking anesthesic of pudental nerve can be achieved-through this route.更多还原
