光照、温度对小球藻吸收60Co,137Cs影响的实验研究

【摘要】 本文研究了光照、温度对小球藻(Chlorella sp.)吸收60Co和137Cs以及对生长的影响。实验是在60Co,137Cs混合示踪条件下进行的,结果表明:(1)小球藻对60Co有着很高的累积能力,而对137Cs的累积能力较低;(2)光照无论对藻吸收60Co还是吸收137Cs的浓缩系数的影响都是全光照>半光照>黑暗;(3)温度升高藻吸收60Co的浓缩系数增大;(4)小球藻在全光照、28℃时的生长最好,而在黑暗、35℃时的生长最差。

【Abstract】 Experiments on the effects of light duration (24 h illumination, 12 h illumination +12 h darkness, and 24 h darkness) and temperatures (21℃, 28℃, 35℃) on the uptake of 60Go and 137Cs by Chlorella sp. and the growth of the algae showed: (1) The concentration factor (C. F.) of 60Co was 14240 under 24 h illumination and 35℃, whereas the highest C. F. of 137Cs was only "66; (2) The effect of light duration was most significant on both the uptake of the radionuclides and the growth of the algae; (3) The uptakes of both 60Co and 137Cs increased with extended light duration, yet uptake of 60Co decreased with declined temperature. The growth of the ;algae appeared to be best under 24 h illumination and 28℃.
