巯基棉富集海水中铜、铅、镉、锌、银、铋、钴和镍

【摘要】 用巯基棉可富集分离海水中的铜、铅、镉、锌、银、铋、钴和镍等8种元素。当pH值为7的海水通过巯基棉柱时8种元素可被富集,然后用3ml 2N HCl洗脱。回收率一般可达90—117%,相对标准偏差一般为6—12%。本法与双硫腙-甲基异丁基酮络合萃取原子吸收法测定的海水样品结果基本一致。 该富集方法装置简单,操作简便,可在船上直接进行,有利于大面积海洋调查。

【Abstract】 In this paper a simple method for the enrichment of trace elements from sea water is described.The present method utilizes sulfhydryl cotton prepared in the laboratory to enrich copper, lead, cadmium, zinc, silver, bismuth, cobalt and nickel in the sea water. The condition of enrichment was investigated. The pH of the sea water was adjusted to 7.0 with 12V NaOH (or 1N HG1) and then let it pass (at 8-10 ml man-1) through a sulfhydryl cotton column (10cm×7mm). The column was eluted with 3 ml of 2N HC1. The eluted solution was then determined by atomic emission speetrometry. Owing to the simplicity of apparatus and convenience of operation, the present method of enrichment is suitable for operating on board ship.The coefficient of variation for 0.042μg 1-1 of silver was 10.9%, for 0.17μg 1-1 of copper was 8.8%, for 0.44μg 1-1 of bismuth was 6.4%, for 0.24μg 1-1 of nickel was 12.5%, for 0.32μg 1-1 of cobalt was 6.9%, for 1.2μg 1-1 of lead was 10.8%, for 5.3μg 1-1 of zine was 18.5% and for 1.9 pig 1-1 of cadmium was 7.4%. The recovery pereen-tage of these eight elements were about 85-117%.Eesult obtained was the same as compared with the atomic absorption speetrometry method after extraction of dithizonemethyl isobutyl ketone.
