温度对条斑紫菜壳孢子和单孢子附着的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF TEMPERATURE ON THE ABHERENCE OF THE CONCHOSPORES AND THE MONOSPORES OF PORPHYRA YEZOENSIS UEDA
【Abstract】 In order to know the favorable temperature of adherence of the conchospores and the monospores of Porphyra yezoensis Ueda produced in Qingdao, experiments had been made under controlled conditions in laboratory in 1978 and 1979. The conchospores discharging from the mature conchocelis phase and the monospores discharging from the young leaf phase of P. yezoensis were used in the experiments. The experiments were divided into five groups, i. e., 5℃, 10℃, 15℃, 20℃ and 25℃, under the lignt intensity of 3000 Lux, and using No. 20, 2cm x2cm bolting silk as adhering material. During the whole experiment processes the water was agitated by continuous aeration and each tested group was three samples. The results obtained are summarized as follows:1. The numbers of conchospores adhered were most abundant when the temperature was at 20℃, and the next to it was at 15℃. The number of conehospores adhered decreased evidently when the water temperature was at 10℃ and 25℃, with the lowest number adhered at 5℃.2. The numbers of monospores adhered were comparatively more when the temperature was at 10-20℃ than those at 5℃, and the lower the temperature the less the monospores adhered, and it dropped down evidently at 25℃.3. Viewed by adhering condition of both spores, the higher the temperature the more the spores abhered, the range of favorable temperature for spore adhering that of monospores was rather wider than that of conchospores.
