去甲肾上腺素对大鼠丘脑束旁核痛兴奋和痛抑制神经元放电的调制作用

【摘要】 本文观察了大鼠脑室注射去甲肾上腺素后对两侧束旁核痛反应神经元同时电活动的影响。结果证明,去甲肾上腺素能够调制丘脑束旁核痛反应神经元的电活动。

【Abstract】 Two microelectrodes were simultaneously introduced into N.parafascicularis(Pf)in both sides of the brain to record the electrical discharges of pain-reaction neurons.The influences on discharges of the simultaneously recordedone PEN in one side and one PIN in the other side,two PIN in both sides ortwo PEN in both sides were observed after intraventricular injection of NE.The results showed tbat:1.While the activity of one PEN in one side was inhibited,PIN in theother side could be excited.2.The discharges of two PIN in both sides were simultaneously excited.3.The discharges of two PEN in both sides could simultaneously be in-hibited.The results suggest that NE could modulate the discharges of both PENand PIN in N.Pf of the thalamus.
