尾式卟啉铁配合物与有机碱的加合作用
REACTIONS AND EQUILIBRIUM CONSTANTS OF A TAILED PORPHYRIN IRON COMPLEX WITH A SERIES OF BASES
【摘要】 本文用分光光度法研究了一种新的尾式卟啉铁氯化mesa-一[邻-(4-二乙氨基丁酰氨基)苯基]三苯基卟啉合铁(Ⅲ)[PFe(Ⅲ)Cl]与咪唑、苯骈咪唑、吡啶、3,5-二甲基吡啶、三乙胺、二乙胺、正丁胺的加合作用,测定了这些有机碱同卟啉铁的加合平衡常数。实验结果表明:咪唑类与卟啉铁作用一步生成2:1的加合物;吡啶类与卟啉铁作用分步生成1:1和2:1的加合物;胺类与卟啉铁作用只生成1:1的加合物,同时还发现胺类的平衡常数K与BH~+的酸常数K_a之间的关系式为 log K=6.45pK_a-66.87。
【Abstract】 Coordination properties of a new tailed porphyrin iron complex, meso-mono [0-(4-dietheylamino) butylamidophenyl]triphenyloporphyrin iron(Ⅲ) chloride, PFe(Ⅲ)Cl, with bases are studied and the equilibrium constants for addition of these bases to PFe (Ⅲ)Cl in chloroform have been measured by spectral technique. Experimental results demonstrate that imidazole reacts with PFe (Ⅲ)Cl to form 2: 1 adduct in a single step, pyridine form 1:1 and 2:1 adduces in two steps and aliphatic amines form 1: 1 adducts only. There is a nearly linear relationship between the basieities of aliphatic amines and their equilibrium constants, log K=6.45pK?-66.87.
