丁二烯在 Co(acac)3-Al(i-Bu)3-含硫化合物催化体系中的定向聚合及其聚合机理
THE STEREOSPECIFIC POLYMERIZATION OF BUTADIENE WITH Co(acac)3—Al(i-Bu)3—SULPHUR COMPOUND CATALYST SYSTEM AND ITS POSSIBLE MECHANISM
【摘要】 在 Co(acac)3—Al(i-Bu)3—含硫化合物催化体系中合成了含量在97%以上的高结晶性1,2-结构的间同1,2-聚丁二烯.研究了几种含硫化合物、催化剂的组成及配比对聚合的影响.初步探讨了丁二烯间同1,2-聚合的机理.
【Abstract】 Effects of the i-Bu2AlCl/i-Bu3Al,i-Bu3A1/butadiene and S/1 molor ratio,theaddition of acetonitrile and of various sulphur compounds(S)on catalytic activity ofCo(acao)3(1)—Al(i-Bu)3—sulphur compound catalyst system in the polymerization ofbutadiene were investigated.The polymer obtained was shown to be syndiotactic,highvinyl content(>97%)and high melting point(>200℃)by DSC,X-ray diffractionpatterns and infra-red spectral analysis.Based on the behavior of the sulphur compounda possible mechanism on syndic-1,2-polymerization of butadiene is proposed.
