【摘要】 <正> 连二羟基化合物的合成方法很多,Pinacol反应合成法只是其中之一。对于简单脂肪族醛酮分子间的交叉Pinacol反应虽已有文献[1]报道,但对于比较复杂、含有较多官能团的醛酮之间的交叉Pinacol反应。特别是关于生物碱合成方面却尚未见报道。如果复杂分子间的交叉Pinacol反应能成功,将大大扩大这个反应的应用范围。我们在合成三尖杉酯类生物碱的研究工作中,为了采用交叉Pinacol反应合成异三尖杉酯碱,先以5-甲基-2-氧己酸乙酯1更多还原

【Abstract】 Isoharringtonine is one of the four ester alkaloids in cephalotaxus found to exhibit significant antitumor activity.In order to find out the possibility of the application of the crossed pinacolic coupling reaction to the synthesis of isoharringtonine,we had carried out the reaction on the model compound ethyl 5-methyl-2-oxo-heptanoate（1）with methyl glyoxylate （2）in the presence of cyclopentadienyl-titanium trichloride and LiA1H₄.The final products（3） were shown by their NMR,MS and IR spectra to be the ester of the side group of isoharring-tonine-methyl 2,3-dihydroxy-3-ethoxycarbonyl-6-methyl-heptanoate and its stereomers.更多还原
