【摘要】 观察5例初发的胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者,经用胰岛素治疗一段时间后,病情稳定好,有的仅用小剂量或停用胰岛素,单用饮食疗法或口服磺脲类药,病情也能稳定半年到一年。这说明这些患者胰岛尚有部分功能。其病情可自然暂时缓解。即所谓糖尿病患者的“蜜月期”。这些病人在应激情况下,可再次出现酮症或酮症酸中毒。因此,对这些病人应注意随访观察。更多还原
