【摘要】 应用紫外分光光度法测定了兔血清中茵芋碱(Skimmianine)的含量,实验结果表明:静注茵芋碱后,易自血液分布到组织,排泄也快。从测得Vc和Vd值看来,茵芋碱能广泛分布于全身组织。经与纯品比较,薄层层析和紫外光谱表明,给药兔血清乙醚提取物系原形茵芋碱。更多还原

【Abstract】 The simmianine in rabbit’s blood serum mas measured with UV spectrometric method. The result of the experiment showed that skimmianine, after Ⅳ, could distribute from blood to tissue and excrete quickly. From the values of Vc and Vd got in the experiment, it may be seen that skimmianine can widely disperse to the systemic tissues.By comparing extract with pure sample, TLC and UV spectrum proved that ether extract of the rabbit’s blood serum was original skimmianine.更多还原
