高频喷射通气对实验性兔脑水肿的治疗作用
THE EFFECTS OF HIGH FREQUENCY JET VENTILATION ON EXPERIMENTAL BRAIN EDEMA OF RABBITS
【摘要】 本实验应用高频喷射通气(HFJV)治疗伤寒内毒素所致兔脑水肿模型。结果表明,HFJV 能减轻实验家兔脑水肿之脑组织含水量;显著升高血PaO2,降低PaCO2;病理切片显示脑组织的病理变化减轻;而血pH值无影响。未观察到HFJV 的副作用。提示HFJV可 作为脑水肿综合治疗中的一种方法。
【Abstract】 Twenty conscious rabbits were divided into 2 groups. All were injected with typhoid endotoxin into the right internal carotid artery to cause acute brain edema. Then, 10 rabbits of experimental group, received HFJV for an hour. 10 rabbits of control group had no HFJV.The brains of all 20 rabbits showed gross bluish discoloration and increased water contents. The experimental group,after HFJV,showed significantly lower water cotents in the right posterior hemisphere of the brain. Blood gas determination showed PaO2 greatly increased, PaCO2 decreased and blood pH unchanged. Pathological study revealed that the lesion of the experimental group was not as serious as that of the control group. It is suggested that HFJV may play a role in the treatment of brain edema in the clinic.
