【Abstract】 The experience and detailed procedures for synthesizing carcinogenic agents are introduced. These agents are 9, 10-dimethyl-1, 2-benzanthracene, N-nitrosodiethylamine, N-nitrosom-orpholine, and N, N’-dinitrosopiperazine.
