碳酸锂对抗三尖杉酯碱抑制造血的作用
LITHIUM PROTECTS MOUSE BONE MARROW CELLS FROM THE MYELOSUPPRESSIVE EFFECT OF HARRINGTONINE
【摘要】 实验证明三尖杉酯碱(Ha)可抑制小鼠骨髓CFU-S 与CFU-GM增殖;而碳酸锂(Li2C3O)则能明显的促进 CFU-S与CFU-GM增殖,并对抗三尖杉酯碱对小鼠骨髓粒系造血的损伤作用,碳酸锂可能是通过某种体液因素如集落刺激因子来实现这种作用的。
【Abstract】 The antagonistic action of Li2CO3 to the myelosuppressive effect of the anti-leukemia drug Harringtonine(Ha)was investigated in mice. A single dose of 1.5mg/Kg Ha intraperitoneally decreased the numbers of bone marrow CFU-S and CFU-GM markedly; While Li2CO3 treatment increased the CFU-S and CFU-GM. Pretreatment of either the donor or the recipient mice with Li2OC3 could protect and correct the decrease of the hemopoitic progenietor cells resulting from the toxic effect of Ha.
