【摘要】 本文报告我院1957年10月到1982年2月311例住院的糖尿病病人的并发症,比较了两型糖尿病各种并发症的发病情况。胰岛素依赖型糖尿病酮症酸中毒发生率高于非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病,心血管并发症发生率则恰巧相反。其余各种并发症的发生率无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 There were 311 diabetic patients admitted into our hospital from Oct. 1957 to Feb. 1982. Among them, 114 cases were retrospectirely classified as insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) and 173, as non insulin-dependent (NIDDM). The incidence of various complications in these two types was compared and analysed. The result showed that the incidence of ketoacidosis in IDDM was higher, while the incidence of cardiovascular complications was highr in NIDDM. Incidences of remaining complications showed no difference.更多还原
