【Abstract】 The drug effect of shuganjianpi decoction (Radix Bupleuri柴胡, Radix codono-psitis党参,Cyperus rotundus L香附, Gurcuma cromatica salisb郁金,Dolichos lablab L 扁豆)on the prevention and treatment of the gastric stress ulcer, and on the level of the cyclic nucleotides in plasma and thalamus in rats is reported. The results showed that the effect of decreasing the number of gastric ulcers was obvious in treatment but not in prevention.After tr3atment,the c GMP level of their thalamus and plasma in the treated group is lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), while the cAMP/cGMP values of their plasma is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).更多还原
