【Abstract】 Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Typhoid endotoxin brain edema was induced by Yu’s method(1).Both groups had been injected with 0.5μ Ci Hippuran-131I solution following the endotoxin or saline infusion. Radioactivity and water contents of the brain tissue Were determined.Results showed radioactivity in the brain tissue of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control, which showed a positive correlation with the increment of water content更多还原
