【摘要】 本文对我院18例骨髓增生异常综合征,参照1982年FAB协作组所制订的分型标准,进行分型,计有RA4例,RA-S 1例,RAEB 9例,CMMoL 1例,RAEB-T 3例。6例于确诊6～32月后转为急性白血病死亡,均属 RAEB 及RAEB-T 型。6例骨髓细胞遗传学检查均有非整倍体增多,1例核型为47人 XY,+8,3例核型正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eighteen cases of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) admitted to our hospital from 1978 to 1983 were analysed and classified according to the proposal given by the FAB group in 1982. Of 18 Cases, 4 were RA, 1 RA-S, 9 RAEB, 1CM-MoL and 3 RAEB-T. 6 of 18 cases transformed into acute leukemia (4 as AML and 2 as ALL) in a period of 6 to 32 months after diagnosis. All these 6 patients belonged to RAEB and RAEB-T groups. Cytogenetic studies were carried out on 6 patients, all exhibited increase of aneuploidy. One showed 47, XY, + 8, 3 showed normal karyotypes.更多还原
