【摘要】 一例杯尾吸虫病患儿于1982年12月以慢性缩窄性心包炎入院。手术发现心包、胸膜及腹腔有明显的病理改变。在病人的痰、粪、肝囊肿、心包纤维板标本中均发现该寄生虫虫卵,并从粪渣中洗获成虫,该寄生虫在人体寄居致病,以往未见报道。本文讨论了本例的多系统器官受累的临床表现和诊断过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Al3-year-old girl was admitted in December, 1982 because of clinical presentation with chronic constrictive pericarditis, pleuritis and hapatic cyst. Surgical exploration revealed marked pericardial, pleural and peritoneal inflammatory fibrous lesions. Within the pericardial fibrous plate, hepatic cyst and in the sputum and stool demonstrated eggs of a fluke, and an adult fluke was washed out from the stool, expert testimony bore out the fluke belongs to strigea class, cytolurus genus, which is an intestinal parasite of ducks, its infestation in human host has not been retrieved from the literature yet. The clinical picture of multisystem involvement was reported,and it was proposed that gastrointestinal tract might be the primary site of infestation.更多还原
