合子期照射对小麦胚胎发育的影响

【摘要】 60Coγ射线1000拉特照射小麦合子期植株的穗子,对其胚胎发育有明显影响,表现为合子细胞分裂延迟,有丝分裂不正常,细胞数目少以及幼胚不能分化等现象。对胚乳部分损伤更大,受精后的极核在分裂过程中出现微核、染色体桥以及各种畸形巨核等。后期胚乳退化、解体,胚囊呈空腔状态,幼胚发育缺少营养,种子瘦瘪。设想如果对幼胚进行人工培养,可能获得更多的突变类型。

【Abstract】 The embryo of wheat at the zygote stage was treated with 1000 rad 60Coγ- ray.The development of embryo suffered obvious influence:cell division of zygote was delayed,mitosis was abnormal,number of cell was scarcity and embryo did not differentiate.The endosperm suffered more damage:there ap- peared micronucleolus,chromosome bridge and aberrant giant nucleas during the division of endosperm nucleus.At the later stage,,the endosperm was degenerated and the embryo sac was empty.The seed shrivilled as a result of deficiency in nutrient for the development of young embryo.If embryo,was cultured under artificial condition,more mutants would be obtained.
