【摘要】 以49、98krad 剂量照射蘑菇,通过四代小白鼠长期饲喂试验,对小白鼠的生长、繁殖、体力及寿命等指标的观察,结果表明,长期吃照射蘑菇的小白鼠,对其生长速度,食物利用率并没有出现不良影响。经四代雌雄鼠交配繁殖结果,吃照射蘑菇及未照射蘑菇的母鼠怀孕率、出生时每窝仔鼠头数、每只仔鼠平均体重等指标,两组之间很相似,没有明显差异。测定各代各组小白鼠游水时间、存活天数,也未发现吃照射蘑菇的小白鼠减弱体力及缩短寿命现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experimental mice,which were fed with fresh mushroom irradiated with 50-100kRγ-ray for four genetations,shewthat there was no unfavourable inf- luence on their growth,reproduction,physical strength and longevity. The experimental results shew that the growth rate of the mice and the rate of utilization of food did not reduce in the experimental period;the rate of pregnancy,the litter size,the average body-weight,the growth rate in the suckling period:and the average body-weight at weaning period in the expe- rimental group and those in the control group are alike with no marked differences;in the swimming tests no physical weakness was observed,and the longevity did not shorten naither.更多还原
