【Abstract】 This article is mainly on an investigation undertaken on the outer appearance of the internode elongated below the panicle neck node, and on the intercalary meristem of Hybrid rice(Male Sterile Line V₂₀) at the initial, crest, and elongation stages of cell division. It also deals with the effects of spraying GA₃ on the bearing rate and the elongation of inte-rnode below the panicle neck node and its optimum spray period and the amount needed, which can be said to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of the subtended spike ofmale sterile lines and the raising of seed—produ cing yield.更多还原
