合成氨反应器的双线性状态模型

【摘要】 本文对绝热式合成氨反应器,提出一种双线性简化模型。模型的建立是通过原始非线性分布参数模型的正交配置和双线性近似。仿真结果表明,这种双线性模型的近似精度比线性模型高得多。文中还进一步提出了降阶的变参数双线性模型。本文的工作将为探讨合成氨反应器控制系统设计的新途径提供帮助。

【Abstract】 A bilinear model of adiabatic ammonia reactor has been developed. The dynamical model is obtained by orthogonal collocation technique and bilinear approximations, starting from a nonlinear distributed model. The validity of the bilinear model over the linear one is established via simulation. It is shown that the approximate accuracy of the new model is better in describing the dynamics of the reactor with a much wider range about the operating point. Furthermore an order reduced variable-parameter bilinear model is suggested, too. These approximate models would be very useful for the design of more efficient control algorithms for the ammonia reactor and processes of like nature.
