金电极微分阳极溶出伏安法测定粮食中的硒
Determination of Trace Selenium in Grain with Differential Anodic Stripping Voltammetry Using Gold Electrode
【摘要】 样品先经硫酸——高氯酸混合液在钼酸钠的催化下消化,适当稀释后即可直接测定硒。该方法具有灵敏、简单、快速的优点。
【Abstract】 Samples were first digested with the mixture of sulfuric andperchloric acid in the presence of sodium molybdate catalyst.Afterdigestion solutions were diluted with water,selenium can be determineddirectly.This method has advantages of sensitivity,simplicitty and ra-pidity.
