【摘要】 <正> 麝香酮(即3-甲基十五环酮)是天然麝香的主要成分之一。近年来上海和山东分别用芥子酸和十二烷二酸合成了麝香酮,并证明人工合成的麝香酮具有天然麝香的某些主要药理作用。[~3H]-麝香酮静脉注射或灌胃给药后,经肠道粘膜吸收及血液循环能很快分布到各主要脏器,尤其能迅速通过血脑屏障,而且在中枢神经系统中蓄积时间较长,并主要以原形药排出。为进一步确定[~3H]-麝香酮在细胞水平上的定位分布,我们对[~3H]-麝香酮进行了显微放射自显影研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 After 3H-muscone enter the body through different routes, it can pass through blood-brain-barrier rapidly and is distributed very rapidly in the viscera. We have observed metallic silver grains from 3H-muscone in central nervous system with microscopy, it appeared diffusible distribution and it retained longer in the brain than in other tissues. But it deposits more in cerebella than in cerebral. 3H-muscone also appeared diffusible distribution in other tissues and organs besides brain. In 30 minuted, 3H-muscone deposited in such order as follows: lungs, liver, skin, kidneys, heart, spleen, muscle. As stated above, it suggests that musk is also excreted through respiratory tract, skin and sweat glands in addition to biliary system and urinary system.更多还原
