模糊综合评判法在用微机编制印染厂生产作业计划中的应用
Application of Synthetical Fuzzy Judgement to the Programing of Operation Schedule by a Microcomputer in a Printing and Dyeing Mill
【摘要】 由于印染企业一种产品可通过多种工艺路线进行生产的特点,在编制生产作业计划过程中,如能对工艺路线进行优选,将会对产品生产的连续性和提高设备的利用率起到较大的促进作用。本文在分析了设备生产安排存在着模糊性的基础上,进一步根据模糊数学的综合评判方法,提出了一种对工艺路线进行优选的数学模型。该模型应用简单,已实际运用于微型机生产作业计划管理系统中。
【Abstract】 In printing and dyeing production more than one different processes can be used to produce a same product. So if the best process is sought optimally in the programing of an operation schedule,it will promote the continuity of production and raise the efficiency of equipment greatly.In this paper,based on the analysis of the fuzziness in the arrangement of production,a mathematical model for optimum seeking of a process is designed by synthetical judgement according to the fuzzy theory.This model is easy to use and has been applied to the programing of operation schedules in the microcomputer management system.
