热扫描红外技术用于固体发动机药柱界面粘接质量无损检测的研究
The Study of Heat-Scan Infrared NOT to the Inspection for Adhesion of Propellant of Rocket Motor to Envelop
【摘要】 本文简述了热扫描红外无损检测技术的基本原理,介绍了用HT—1型红外无损探伤机检测固体发动机药柱界面粘接质量的方法和结果。文中对检测参数的选取以及参数间的关系进行了分析和讨论,提出了对缺陷信号识别、缺陷定位和半定量计算的方法。本方法能方便迅速地判知药柱界面粘接质量情况,并对药柱生产工艺具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces basic principles of heat-scan infrared NDT and desribes the method and the results of the appliations of the Heat-sean Irfrared NDT Machine Type HT-1 to the inspectin for adhesion of the propellant of the rocket motor to the envelop. The selection of the testing parameters and the relations among them are analyzed and discussed. The methods of recognition, location and evaluation of the defect signal are proposed. This method can conveniently and rapidly evaluate the quality of the adhesion of the propellant to the envelop and has a guiding significance for the technology of propellant production.
