商售多模内腔式He-Ne激光器的偏振稳频
Polarization Frequency Stabilization for a Commercial Multimode Internal Mirror He-Ne Laser
【摘要】 本文介绍一种利用多模内腔式He-Ne管输出的偏振特性进行稳频的简易主动方法.从而克服了由于环境温度变化对输出功率及频率的影响,使频率稳定度和功率稳定度分别优于10-7和±1.5%.
【Abstract】 Presents a simple active method to stabilize frequencies of out put from a multimode internal mirror He-Ne laser, using its polarization.Thus, overcomes the effects of ambient temperature fluctuation on output power and frequencies.The frequency and power stability are better than 10-7 and 1.5%, respectively.
