BR/CIIR共混体系的相容性及其界面的相互作用

【摘要】 本工作用混炼胶转矩、热分析、动态力学和显微镜等方法研究了 BR/CIIR共混体系的相容性和共混组分在相界面上的相互作用。结果表明,BR/CIIR共混体系是不相容的,组分间在界面上的扩散作用和粘接力很低,界面的存在将导致共混体系某些物理机械性能的下降。通过采用合适的硫化体系可以强化界面上的相互作用或减小界面,并提高共混体系的物理机械性能。

【Abstract】 Compatibility and interfacial interaction between BR and CIIR rubbers in their blends were studied by means of mixing torque measurements,thermal analysis , dynamic mechanical test, and microscopic methods.It is found that BR is incompatible with CIIR and the interfacial interactions between them are very weak, resulting in the existence of weak regions at their interfaces and certain decrease in physical properties of the blends. Whereas,by increasing the interfacial interaction between them through crosslinking via suitable curing agents or by reducing the interfacial areas through morphology control, the physical properties of the vulcani-zates of blends can be upgraded.
