新型聚氨酯扩链剂——桐油改性MOCA
TUNG OIL MODIFIED MOCA AS A NEW CHAIN EXTENDER IN THE SYNTHESIS OF POLYURETHANES
【摘要】 本文介绍了桐油改性 MOCA 作为Adiprene、二羟基聚四氢呋喃醚-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟基聚氧化丙烯醚-TDI 和二羟基聚四氢呋喃-氧化丙烯醚-TDI 预聚物以及改性聚氨酯粘接剂的扩链剂,获得了性能优良的聚氨酯。当聚氨酯中桐油含量增加到20%(重量)左右时,聚氨酯仍具有较高的抗张强度。桐油改性 MOCA 扩链预聚物的适用期比 MOCA长 2—3倍。另外,还能降低操作环境的毒性。
【Abstract】 With tung oil modified MOCA as chain extender, excellent polyuretha-nes can be obtained from Adiprene,polytetramethylene glycol-toluene diiso-cyanate ( TDI ) , polypropylene glycol-TDI, copolytetramethylene-propy-lene glycol-TDI, and modified polyurethanes adhesive prepolymers. When increase the tung oil content in the polyurethane up to about 20% (weight), the tensile strengths of polyurethanes remain high. The pot life of polyure-thane containing this extender is 2-3 times longer than that of MOCA.In addition, the environmental pollution of the workplace is reduced.
