【摘要】 本文报告恩施县肺吸虫病和肺吸虫病原的初步调查结果。总共检查19,206人,皮试阳性者2740人,阳性检出率14.27％。对其中城关等八个公社13389人的检查结果进行了分析、讨论。报告了肺吸虫的三种螃蟹宿主;详细捕述了当地肺吸虫囊蚴、脱囊后尾蚴、虫卵及成虫各期的形态,并进行了测量、比较和讨论,其结果均接近陈心陶的报告。证实了该地肺吸虫病原以斯氏狸殖吸虫为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is a priliminary report of investigation on the paragonimiasis and its etiological agent in Enshi county, Hubei province. 19206 persons are examined. The positive rate of the intradermic test is 14.27％. The result from the examination of the 13389 persons including the population of 8 communes in the area is analysed and discussed. In this area there are three species of crabs inhabiting the metacercaria of lung flukes whose shapeand size are described and measured at various stages of its development. According to the morphological studies of metacercariae, excyst metacercariae, adults and eggs of the lung flukes from Enshi county are identified the pathogenic agent of paragonimiasis of this area as Pagumogonimus skrjabini.更多还原
