微机距离保护振荡闭锁装置的研究

【摘要】 本文提出了实现微机距离保护振荡闭锁装置的一种新原理。采用这种原理可以可靠地区分短路故障与振荡,使距离保护在任何情况下都具备能快速切除区内故障的能力,克服了常规的振荡闭锁装置的弊病。根据该原理编制的实用性程序经动模试验证明原理是正确的,工作是可靠的。文章还简要介绍了程序的原理性框图及动模试验结果。

【Abstract】 This paper advances a new power swing block principle based on microcomputer. This principle can reliably distinguish between short circuit and power swing, so that fast tripping is obtained for in-zone faults at any time. This has not been possible for conventional protections. The algorithm has been incorporated into a microprocessor based on distance relay hardware and tested on our power system dynamic model.
