【摘要】 自1980～1983共选用高选迷切加大网膜修补治疗急性十二指肠穿孔14例,无手术死亡,亦未发现严重术后并发症。患者术后3～6日内体温降至正常。术后进行了基础胃酸及胰岛素试验,作了胃肠钡餐及胃镜检查,随诊6个月至3年,所有病人情况良好,无任何十二指肠溃疡症状,早期临床效果满意。讨论了急性十二指肠穿孔作高选迷切的适应症及其他手术治疗步骤的简单估价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fourteen cases of acute perforated duodenal ulcer were treated with highly selective vagotomy plus simple suture with omentum during 1980-1983. There were neither operative deaths nor serious postoperative complications. The temperature of the patients came down to normal within 3-6 days after the operations. The basal acid output of gastric secretion, insulin test, barium meal and gastroscopic examinations were studied postoperatively. Follow up examinations from six months to three years revealed that all the patients were well. They had no symptoms of duodenal ulcer. The early clinical results were satisfactory. The indications of acute perforated duodenal ulcer treated with highly selective vagotomy were discussed and other operative procedures commonly used in the treatment of acute perforated duodenal ulcer were briefly evaluated.更多还原
