【摘要】 本文统计我院12年来小肠良性及恶性肿瘤27例的发病情况,年龄,性别,来诊症状体征等,结合随访情况,指出:本病没有典型的早期特殊症状及体征,来诊时多属中、晚期病例。指出在有肿块、腹痛、出血及部分肠梗阻时,应多考虑本病的可能性,并适当放宽手术探查的适应症。更多还原

【Abstract】 This articale reports 27 cases of small bowel tumors found during the past 12 years in our hospital, including the incidence, ages, sexes, chief complaints, physical examinations and follow-up Conditions. The present article also points out that no typical early symptoms and signs were found. The cases were mostly in the middle or advanced stage, so the abdominal mass abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding and partial intestinai obstruction were the prominent symptoms and Signs indi cative of the disease.
