1982年8月—1983年7月青藏高原及其邻近地区的环流和天气

【摘要】 本文把1982年7月—1983年8月分成五个时段,给出了它们的主要天气要点:1982年7—8月青藏高原干旱少雨,9—11月藏南少雨,但华西多秋雨,1982年12月—1983年2月青藏高原地区多降水、气温低;3—5月西藏南部和东部降水偏多,同时华南和华北亦多雨;6—8月西藏为建国以来的最干旱时期,而长江流域却是建国以来的洪涝次重年份。 与上述各段天气异常相联系的平均环流和高度距平也都有相应的位置和强度配置。这些又主要与青藏高原地区的特征环流、西太平洋副高异常和不同强度的极涡(或极地反气旋)偏心方式密切关联。

【Abstract】 In this paper we divide the observational year of heat sources into five period over Qinghai-Xizang Plateau from August 1982 to July 1983. The weather event for each period is as follows: the hot and less rain over Qingzang Plateau during July and August 1982; the more rain in autumn over western China, but less rain over southern part of Xizang from September to November 1982; the more snow and colder winter over Qinghai-Xizang Plateau from December 1982 to February 1983;the more rain over southern and eastern part of Xizang and also more rain over Southern and Northern China, from March to May 1983; the most dry season since 1949 over Xizang and the secondary intensity of flood over Yangtse River region since 1949 from June to August 1983.The general circulation and its anomaly, which connect with above weather anomaly, are discussed. Specially, the anomaly of position and intensity for the synoptic system over Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, the Subtropical Higt over Western Pacific and the polar vortex(or Polar Anticyc-clone) are discussed. It is pointed out that this year is the one of the years when the El Nino phenomenon is very strong.
