【摘要】 本文用扫描电子显微镜、电子探针,X射线衍射和光学显微镜等技术手段综合研究了氟锆酸盐玻璃中的各种缺陷,包括颗粒状夹杂物、气泡云层和析晶产物。测定了它们的化学组成和晶相组成。颗粒夹杂物主要成份是ZrO₂和ZrF₄,析晶产物主要是BaZrF₆和BaZr₂F₁₀。提出了缺陷的形成机理和防止缺陷的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three kinds of defects——inclusion, cloud and crystal in ZrF₄-based fluoride glasses have been investigated. Both chemical and crystallographic compositions of the defects were determined by means of SEM, electroprobe, X-ray diffractometer and optical microscopy. The main component in the inclusions is ZrO₂ or ZrF₄, depending on the preparation methods. The crystals are α-BaZrF₆ and BaZr₂F₁₀. The formation mechanisms and the measures of preventing the defects are also discussed in the paper.更多还原
