稀土钢水口结瘤的预防

【摘要】 本文系统地总结了稀土钢浇注水口结瘤问题的研安成果。从结瘤的物理化学过程讨论了结瘤形成的机理,阐述了造成稀土钢结瘤的主要因素。在此基础上,进行防止稀土钢浇注水口结瘤的工艺试验,研究结果表明:1.终脱氧制度减少铝加入量;2.采用熔融石英水口能有效地防止稀土钢水口结瘤。在电炉、平炉、氧气转炉的扩大试验和推广中,证明这两项工艺对防止稀土钢浇注水口结瘤确实有效和可行的。

【Abstract】 This paper systematically summarizes the research results on the problem of nozzle blockage of steel containing rare earth metals in Shanghai Steel Works No.3 by rare earth metals research group in ten years. The mechanism of forming nozzle blockage was discussed from physical and chemical process and the main factor to produce nozzle blockage was explained. The technological tests to prevent from nozzle blockage of steel containing rare earth metals were carried out based on research work. The research results indicates that reducing the adding amount of aluminium in final oxidazing period and using melted quartz nozzle can effectively prevent from nozzle blockage. Two technology have been indeed demonstrated to be effective and adopted to prevent from nozzle blockage in enlargement testing and industrial production in electrical furnace, open hearth furnace and converter.
