35SiMnCrMoV钢等温淬火组织与性能

【摘要】 观察了35SiMnCrMoV钢中、低等温转变组织的显微特征。实验结果表明下贝氏体、下贝氏体/马氏体和马氏体三种组织的强度不同,但均有相当好的韧性。330℃等温下的下贝氏体/马氏体混合组织具有较佳的综合性能,这是由于它有各向分布、小尺寸的板条马氏体束,而且板条边界上有较多的残余奥氏体存在,以及在贝氏体的铁素体内碳化物均匀分布。因此选用合适的等温淬火工艺是提高35SiMnCrMoV钢强度韧性的一条有效途径。

【Abstract】 Microstructural characteristics of 35SiMnCrMoV steel transformed at medium and low temperature were observed. The experimental results showed that three kinds of structures i.e. law bainite, bainite/martensite and martensite have different strength. However, these structures all have rather good toughness. A mixed structure of bainite/martensite as a result of isothermal qucnching at 330℃ has better combinative properties which is due to randomly distributed small bundles of lath martensites and considerable amount of retained austensites at lathboundaries and homogeneously distributed carbide within the bainitic ferrite. Therefore, choosing correct isothermally quenched processes are an effective way to improve strength and toughness of 35SiMnCrMoV steel.
