【摘要】 1979年7月9日18时57分在江苏省溧阳发生了6.0级地震。由于震区在人口稠密、经济发达的江南水乡,震前又无短临预报,因此,地震造成较大的破坏。本文概述了这次地震的概况及其特点,介绍了抗震救灾对策,包括震后灾区人民迅速采取自救互救措施,溧阳县政府和省、县地震部门及时采取应急对策,驻军采取紧急支援行动,对伤员进行紧急医疗救护和对受灾群众进行生活安置,以及灾区恢复生产和重建家园;最后提出了几点启示,包括震时是躲是逃要相机而行等。更多还原

【Abstract】 On July 9,1979,an earthquake of M 6.0 occurred at Liyang,Jiangsu Province.As the earthquake -stricken area is a densely populated and economically well-developed area in the lower reaches and south of the Changjiang River.and short-term and impending predictions had not been issued beforehand,this earth- quake brought about more damage.The paper outlines the situation of the earthquake and its characteristies; briefs measures for earthquake resistance and disaster relief,including the immediate emergency actions taken for self and mutual reseure among the people in the earthquake-stricken area after the earthquake,emergen- cy measures taken in time by the local government of Liyang eouuty,and by the seismological institutions of the province and the county,the emergency supporting actions taken by the garrson,emergency medical treatment for the injured,arrangements for the daily life of the masses,as well as the rebuilding of home- land and rehabilitation of production.Finally,the paper proposes several enlightenments,involving whether to try to escape or to look for shelter during the shaking will depend on the circumstances.更多还原
