导电聚乙炔-弹性体复合膜

【摘要】 本文采用丁苯、顺丁、天然橡胶及乙丙三元胶分别与聚乙炔形成复合膜。初步研究了复合膜的结构与性能。发现聚乙炔在复合膜中仍为高度顺式立体定向。聚乙炔-弹性体复合膜为两相体系。聚乙炔-丁苯胶膜较聚乙炔膜显示了较高的抗张强度,耐氧化性能及结构稳定性,是复合膜中较好的一种。复合膜能进行化学和电化学掺杂,电导率为几十至上百欧-1,厘米-1。初步探索了复合聚乙炔膜-锂电池的性能,可望作为有用的电极材料应用于全塑电池的制作。

【Abstract】 Polymer coposite films of polyacetylene (PA) and various elastomers--butadiene styrene rubber (SBR), natural rubber (NR), cis-1, 4-polyb-utadiene(BR)and ethylene-proplene-diene terpolymer(EPDM)were prepared. The structures and properties of the resulting composite films shave been studied. PA in PA/elastomer composite films still showed high cis stereos-pecificity. The composite films were at least a two-phase system consisting of crystalline polyacetlene and amorphous elastomer. The PA/SBR film showed higher toughness and tentile strength and maximum extension ratio (L/L0). The composite films give higher resistance to attack by oxygen and structural stability .than PA ones. The composite films can be doped either chemically or electro-chemically. The electrical conductivity of iodine doped composite films ranges from 10 to 102Ω-1·cm-1. Iodine electrochemical doped composite films may be utilized as the cathodeactive material in the fabrication of lightweight; .rechargeable storage cell-battery. The propety of the cell-battery consisting of the PA/elastomer composite film and Li has been studied.More precise studies are now in progress.
