共混聚丙烯腈纤维结构和性能的研究:Ⅰ:共混聚丙烯腈纤维的结构
Study of Blend Acrylic Fiberes’ Structure and Properties. Ⅰ.Structure of Blend Acrylic Fibers.
【摘要】 用X-射线、电子显微镜、密度法、压汞法、和气体吸收法测定了共混丙烯腈纤维的结构。研究结果表明,在聚丙烯腈中加入少量添加高聚物后,共混纤维的形态结构发生很大变化,共混纤维内部产生大量的微孔。其空隙体积大于普通的丙烯腈纤维。这种微孔结构是共混纤维具有高吸水性的内因。
【Abstract】 The fine structure of blend acrylic fiber has been characterized by using techniques based on X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy,density mea-serement,mercury porosimetry and gas adsorption. After adding a small amount of blend polymers added into acrylic copolymer, the morphologic structure of blend fiders spun from the polymer blends is greatly changed.There are a lot of microvoids in blend fibers. The void volume in blend fibers is larger than that in ordinary acrylic fiber which renders blend fibers highly water absorbent.
