一种简单有效的脉冲光泵远红外激光器
A Simple and Effective Pulsed Oplically Pumped FIR Laser
【摘要】 利用离子晶体KCl对IR光具有高透射而对FIR光具有高剩余反射(Rest-strahlen reflection)的特性,将它作为远红外激光腔的一个腔端反射镜,并与开有小孔的镀金镜构成稳定的远红外光腔,制成一种简单、有效的远红外激光器。由强大的光栅调谐TEA—CO2激光泵浦D2O,得到了57、60和66μm三条强远红外谱线。
【Abstract】 A simple and effective pulsed optically pumped FIR laser with a stable cavity has been made. The cavity consisted of an ion crystal KCl and a Au-coated concave mirror with a hole in center.Here the high Reststrahlen reflection in FIR range and the high transmittivity charactesictic in IR range of ion crystal KCl was used. By using a grating-tuned TEA-CO2 laser to pump D2O vapour in this cavity, three strong FIR lines 57, 60 and 66 μm were obtained.
