穿孔翅片的强化传热和流动阻力研究

【摘要】 <正> 穿孔翅片是一种高效换热表面.它对于提高空气冷凝器、回热器等的性能具有实际意义。但在发表的文献中,通常把穿孔翅片的传热过程简化成单纯的对流系统,并未注重它的传热实为传导-对流系统这一基本事实,即没有研究穿孔翅片效率的变化及其影响。本文在传导-对流系统下进一步研究穿孔翅片的强化传热及流动阻力并分析比较
【Abstract】 In this paper, heat transfer augmentation and friction loss performances of perforated fin surfaces in conductive-conveetive heat transfer system were studied. The efficiencies of the fins having different hole geometry were analyzed, the performances of the heat exchangers with plate-perforated rectangular fin surfaces for a specified heat transfer rate were compared.
