【Abstract】 60 patients were diagnosed or traeted under arthroscopy during 1982 to 1984. of these, 28 males, 32 females, and they ranged in age from 15 to 66 years (average was 32.7). In this series, the new technique has corrected clinical diagnosis in 6 cases and supplemented in 9 eases. Arthrotomies were avoided in 37 cases.
